Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using MerapiMedia, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use MerapiMedia for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable law.

2. The service

MerapiMedia provides workspace accounts, media storage and editing, channel connection, publishing queues, scheduling, and operational information. Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party services. MerapiMedia does not guarantee that a video will publish at a particular time or that YouTube will accept, process, or keep any upload available.

3. YouTube and Google services

You authorize MerapiMedia to access and act on the connected channel only for the actions you request in the application. You remain responsible for your Google account, channel, content, and choices about video privacy and publication. Your use of YouTube and the YouTube API Services is also governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service, and applicable YouTube policies.

4. Accounts and security

Keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for giving team members only the access they need. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MerapiMedia the limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, edit, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide the features you request. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content and instructions you provide.

You must not use MerapiMedia to:

• upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• violate YouTube, Google, privacy, copyright, or other applicable policies;
• share passwords or OAuth credentials, or access another person's channel without permission;
• circumvent quotas, rate limits, security controls, or API restrictions; or
• interfere with the service or use it to abuse, surveil, or harm others.

6. Intellectual property

MerapiMedia and its software, design, name, and documentation belong to MerapiMedia or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. YouTube and Google names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerapiMedia disclaims warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Third-party services, including YouTube and Google, may change their APIs, quotas, policies, or availability without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerapiMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including loss of content, revenue, audience, or publication opportunities. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MerapiMedia at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your authorization may be disconnected and you may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact
